Understanding Privacy Policy
eyePrescribe is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines how your Personal Information is collected, used, and shared when you visit eyePrescribe.com.au (the “Site”).
We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act). The APPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.

What is Personal Information and what do we collect?
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure.

How do we use your Personal Information?
We use the User Information that we collect to identify you and allow you to log in and out of the Site, personalise your experience using the Site, and to create templated information that is printed on physical prescription forms.
